Program name: Revival Contracting Work Task Reminders, operated by Revival Contracting LLC, 2305 S Higley Rd, Suite B, Gilbert, AZ 85295, Arizona ROC 365368. Who it is for: Revival Contracting LLC employees and contracted crew members who have opted in. Revival does not message customers or the general public through this program. What it sends: work-related operational text messages only - notice that a task has been assigned, reminders before a task is due, requests for a status reply, schedule and jobsite changes, and follow-ups when a task is overdue. This program sends no marketing or promotional messages of any kind.
2. How to opt in.

This program sends work task messages only - task assignments, due-date reminders, and jobsite or schedule changes - to Revival Contracting LLC employees and crew who have opted in. No marketing or promotional messages are ever sent.

As an alternative, Revival also offers a separate one-page paper form, "Consent to Automated Work Reminders," to people who already work here. The form is optional, it is never attached to or handed out alongside any other document, and its signature line stays blank unless the person chooses to sign it.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of any service, and no purchase is necessary. Declining, leaving the form unsigned, or replying STOP later changes nothing about a person's work, pay, schedule, assignments, or access to any Revival service.
4. Message frequency.
Msg frequency varies, approx 1-10 msgs/week. In full: message frequency varies, approximately 1 to 10 messages per week, depending on how many tasks are assigned. Automated reminders are sent only between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM Arizona time (Arizona does not observe daylight saving time), seven days a week.
